Application and Payment Process
No need to travel to audition for us! Upload application and audition videos on Acceptd.com! Past participants include musical retirees, undergraduate and graduate music students, and high-level amateur and professional musicians from around the world.
Please proceed to the Acceptd.com website by clicking on the green button above. You may select the Session 1 (Beginner) or Session 2 (Intermediate/Advanced). You may also choose to be considered for both programs at the end of your application, if you are unsure of your level. or email Courtney@SummerMusicinTuscancy.org with any questions.
The Acceptd.com site includes precise instructions on the application requirements for each program, but they generally each require recordings of 2 contrasting selections, and a few short answer questions.
After acceptance….make payments securely HERE
Payment Option 1: Use the buttons below to pay using a credit card via Wave, our secure billing platform. (Please note, a 3% credit card company processing fee will be assessed if you use this method).
Payment Option 2: Mail a check, made out to Summer Music in Tuscany, to 383 Skyline Lakes Dr, Ringwood, NJ 07456. No fees.
STEP #1 - Hold your spot by making deposit
You are on your way! AFTER you have been notified of acceptance to the 2024 program via email or Acceptd message, use this link to pay your $250.00 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit is due 2 weeks after your acceptance.
STEP #2 - Pay your tuition (Session 1 or 2)
Use this link to pay the balance of your $900 One-week Tuition (usually $650 plus credit card fee), which includes instruction, cultural events and buses, museum tickets, and final group dinner. If you need to create a monthly payment plan, please contact Courtney@SummerMusicinTuscany.org. Full payment is traditionally due by April 30, 2024.
Use this link to pay the balance, minus deposit, of your $1,800 Two-week Tuition (usually $1,550 plus credit card fee), which includes instruction, cultural events, museum tickets, and final group dinner. ADD a guest participant
This $150 fee includes one week of local trips, class observations, museum tickets and final dinner, for non-participants. (Usually family or traveling partners of participants!). Please email Courtney@SummerMusicinTuscany.org to notify us of your intention to have a guest before purchasing this option.

instrument rental
Use this link to pay for the rental and delivery of your cello (includes cello, bow, case, rosin, and delivery to Sarteano). $170 plus credit card fees.
